Well, I finally made it. I spent some time on the Roadfly site...in the E39 lounge no less! Yikes! Those guys aren't very friendly to us E60 owners...Anyhow, I was pointed over here by one kind gentleman and, so far I really like what I see!

My car is shown...hopefully, and my cars details should be visible as well. I hope to get to know you all in the future!

...I know, tired subject, but here it goes...will the dealer installed Aux input and software update/mod work in my year (10/03) E60? It does have premium sound, no nav, no BT.

Thanks and look forward to sharing!

Welcome and understandable attitude from E39 owners.

I have met some E39 owners on the road, they wouldn't even look at me when we stop side by side.

Welcome.

And don't worry about the RF guys.
(Whenever any new model comes out there's hostility from owners of the older generation. 430 is ugly according to 360 owners, 997 is too retro looking according to 996 owners, blah blah. )

Welcome Franko; Sounds as though we have matching cars--right out of the same batch. You should approach your dealer with a "problem" that might be cured by an update; otherwise, they may try to charge you for it, depending on the car's history.

Enjoy it.
