Too short a trip, always seems to be nothing but business, never getting to really visit the city...

I only have summer shoes. The Bridgestone that came with the car. But I haven't had my car out yet this winter so its coming out on Sat/Sun. I need to run the engine and blow out the dust.
Can't wait. And...its daylight savings time too on Sunday. I may have to turn on the grill.
I probably will wait until mid-April to swap out the winter wear and slap on the summer fun stuff. I like to wait until the daily temps are consistently above 50F - otherwise the summer tires are like bricks.
But it sure seems tempting with the nice weather here yesterday and today.
Veight - how did you survive without driving your 550 for so many months?

I used to live in Chicago and remember it snowing heavily in April on occasion. (Another reason why I moved to SoCal!) I'd wait until late April to ditch the snows. Besides, it's bad luck to do it so soon and what happened on Goundhog Day, did Phil see his shadow or not?

It was tough.
There were a couple of days in between salt that i took it out. The car was washed back in December and I dont have the heart to get it all salted up again. I was hoping for rain today to wash this crap off the streets. I am a bit anal about my 550.
Hows the garage floor?

You guys are BRAVE - we get snow all the way up into April!!! Plus I need to start working out again so I can carry my run flats up out of the basement (That's a workout in itself!).
My grill is in use all year long however... and its charcoal baby...

My Ride: 2005 545i step, nav, sport, 166 wheels, premium sound, don't need nothin' else.
Summers are going on on Monday. Course I bought All season performance tires instead of RFT for my 166 wheels.
