You are a smart and intelligent woman.......don't take any shit from them.......stand your ground. Walk softly, but carry a big stick. Best of luck...............Frank

We all feel your pain. Good luck with the repair. It may be no consolation but it looks like you have not done too much damage and should be easily repaired as good as new.

Well if thats you in the picture.....to hell with getting it fixed...I'll buy you a new one

j/k
Should look like new win fixed, its not bad at all.

Miss525:

The best body shop in Charleston is at Hoover the Moover. aka Hoover Chrysler. It's on Savannah Hwy (US-17), in West Ashley.

They will fix anything.... any brand. They have fixed my old Acura Legend (twice), my old Lexus (twice), my mom's Lexus (twice), and my brother's old BMW M3. Excellent work, and fast. If I still lived in Charleston, and wrecked my 545i.... they would be who I would call.

Sorry to see the damage to the car miss525...

I think it's important to get a few estimates and go with the shop that makes you feel the most comfortable, not the cheapest job. It sounds like you might want to start with the shop subterFUSE recommends but it might be a good idea to get some more recommendations too.

Good luck, I'm sure your car will be as good as new in no time. (Doesn't it just suck to drive around in a car that has scrapes on it?)

Thanks subterFUSE, I will give them a call tomorrow. I know exactly were..down the street from the mall, right?
Thanks again! That would give me a reason to spend a couple of days in Charleston...such a beautiful place

So true Rudy...we had gorgeous weather and I was so sad that I stayed home all weekend. I am getting over it now...can do much about it now
unfortunately, I don't know many body shops that I could trust with this car....I am willing to drive a good distance to take it to a decent shop and I am not even worried about the price at this point.

Since you're willing to drive a good distance, I can give you a name of one of the best shops in Pittsburgh...
