hey guys thanks for taking a look. If you guys can offer some insight to my problem it would be greatly appreciated guys!

basically my problem is:

after driving for about 30mins at high rates of speed 100-140 with my volume up high listening to music, when i slow down causing the rpm to drop, the stock subwoofer clips out and then come back after about 10-15 secs **keep in mind only the subwoofer front speakers are fine for sure not to sure about rear speakers but subwoofer clips for sure**. I noticed this every time after i drive continuous for about 30mins. I took it into bmw three times complaining about this problem and they ran all tests "possible" they claim and yet they still can't tell me what the problem is. My full warranty ends next month and would love if you guys can offer me some insight as to how i can get this fixed by them prior to warranty expiring. I dont know what it is or how i can stop this problem if you guys can offer some insight i'd greatly appreciate it. I always try to take it to bmw while the problem occurs but seems not to happend by the time i get there HELPPPP!!!!

-thanks in advanced!

Is it hot around your area? I had this issue in the summer, my logic 7 amp would overheat thus causing this issue.

check to see if your amp is mounted correctly (left rear of the trunk.) the connectors should be on the BOTTOM so that the fan draws air in from the bottom and exhausts out the top. Mine was installed backwards from factory. just pull on the metal tabs, disconnect the plugs, flip the amp, install the tabs, and reconnect the connections (take extra care with the fiber optic plug, the smaller of the two plugs. don't kink the line, you'll break the cable.)

Otherwise, you've got an alternator issue. Mine cuts out when the voltage dips. And I'm on a 4 month old alternator!
