Ok, so i end up keeping the rims and I'm about to do this in a week or two depending on my schedule. Most likely two weeks. I plan on redoing my rims, refinishing it something different. Pick one choice.
My prior rims, i had chrome, i had polish with black center, and, polish with brush.

I think gunmetal and chrom lip on the black car will look hot!
But the best thing to do with these rims is of course to get really pissed at them and give them to me for the token payment of say, coupla hundred bucks? just playing man gorgeous rims though - definitely need to do something...

I picked chrome lips with gunmetal centers. That's what I was trying to do with my wheels. Chrome lips are also a lot easier to maintain compared to polished lips which will get dull over time. Just don't curb the chrome lips though. haha

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in order to have a chrome lip with any type of center besides chrome.. You need ginuwine 2/3 piece rims.(which cost considerably more) Chrome lips can't be done on 1 piece rims. Only brushed/polished lips. I can't tell if yours are 3pc or not.
Anyways.. I say chrome w/ black center if they 3pc. If not.. Polished with black centers.
