My Ride: 2008 535xi Titanium Silver Metallic, H&R Lowering Springs, 740iL wheels staggered (19x9 wrapped in 245/35/, 19 and 19x10 wrapped in 275/30/19 Toyo Proxes, ECU Reflash, M-Tech Front bumper.... NO MORE!

whats up everyone, im tryna removing the interior trim so i can take it to the body shop and get it color matched to the car
maybe someone out here has an idea or a DIY to give me a hand or an idea of where like to start

i looked threw the forums and found a bunch of HOW TO removals but i only found the ones that have the thin moldings, i have the thick moldings that run along the top of the door panel
