Help putting rear window back on track
I currently have a 2004 BMW 525i and while driving yesterday my driver side rear window feel down into my door after I rolled it halfway down it must have came off track right there, before realizing it I hit the auto window down an the glass didn't move, next thing I know the window goes sliding down into the door, as far as I can tell the motor & track are ok its just that the window needs to be put back on or possibly may need whatever clips[if any] are used inside to hold glass, I went to a shop today and was quoted 275 for the labor alone, I couldn't justify paying that much when literally all they have to do is open the door up. does anyone know a good guide to do this? or at least one that will correctly show me how to get into the door to do it without breaking anything in process?
