My Ride: 545 2005 Model. Full spec so happy with as is.(for the moment!)
Help overheating 545!
Please does anyone know a solution to my 2005 545 overheating?
Just changed the water pump & thermostat but no change!!
Curiously I tried putting the air on and looking for the fan to move but the fan didn't move!
Any help would be greatfully received ...

Did you pressure test the system? You can get a reasonably priced kit at Harbor Freight. I think the fan may have an electrically operated clutch, so it may be fine.

Also, how do you know it's overheating? Warnings on dash? Steam? The two coolant temp sensors are known to fail and are easy to replace. One is on/around the t-stat and the other is on the lower hose running into the radiator on the passenger side. What's your coolant level?
