Just picked up a 05' 545i(built 12/04) and I am in some serious need for a OEM navigation.
Yes I did find the PDF instruction on installing NAV on pre-LCI models however I do need to know whether I can do this without the voice command which I don't need.

It seems like mine DOES HAVE
- Prewired GPS Antenna
- Bluetooth(I'm not sure if this is relevant)

and DOESN'T HAVE
- Voice command button next to Idrive

In this case, all I need would be the monitor, CCC and the DVD unit?
Could someone be kind enough to list the parts I would need to order..

I have done this retrofit to Professional Navigation you do not need to have voice commands or the button to do this retrofit it will still work 100% without any problems.

i wonder if this is possible in the US. i called a dealer and asked them if its possible to retrofit the nav in an 05 545i build 04/05 and they said its impossible. hmmmmmmmmm any insight?

of courses its possable, there a purpose made retrofit kit for it. the dealer don`t want to do it.

the voice command is an easy fix, just requires an additional microphone, the replacement button module, and some coding, but no, you do not need it for a full retrofit.

be advised you're looking at $2500+ between parts and coding. scan my old posts for other advice.
