Default HELP with identifying sensor

Need help what identifying a sensor that was chewed off and destroyed, Pictures below show everything I need help with. Some knowledge of what this sensor is called and what it does would be great,

This is the sensor that was chewed off.

I took the sensor out to inspect it more but I also noticed that this metal pipe it’s attached to go to the front of the car near the fan and has a cap I can twist off (circled in next picture)

That nozzle is connected to the same sensor I’m clueless about

Picture for better perspective, sensor is located on passenger side behind and below the coolant tank

That metal pipe is an air conditioning line so that sensor would be a high or low pressure switch, I’m not sure which.

ok so my Fan is stuck on high it literally turns on full speed when I start the car and stays on, do you think this sensor could be the reason? Because I have already installed a brand new water pump and coolant temp sensor and bleed the coolant system and fan still stays on high ,

Yes, you munged up the A/C pressure sensor and I'm pretty sure the car now thinks the system is over-pressurized and is running the fan to try and reduce the refrigerant gas pressure in the system.

BTW, the nozzle you circled in red is the high pressure port for the A/C.
