okie..this has never happened to my first BMW..

my iDrive is tellingme that my " ENGINE OIL IS TOO LOW"!!!

What should I do?

I can't send the car to dealer and let it stay there for days right now

because I am not even 21 yet....I know they will not give me a substitue car.. <_<

I have to wait until my mom comes bak...........

help me out here bros..................... :nono:

Be brave:go to the BMW spare shop and ask for a quart of oil. I think it is Castrol LL04. In Europe: it cost you abou 22 $.

If the car is under a service contract: BMW should do it. It is a 5 min job...

As mentioned if under service contract it should be a quick visit to the dealer and they will 'top up. If not check the manual for the correct grade and pour it in yourself :thumbsup:

Sorry to come back but go to BMW, because it is difficult to find the accurate oil in comman shops. Valvetronic engine requires at least LL01 type oil and if possible LL04. LL means Long Life and is a BMW classification.

thank you guys sooooooo much~

I will just go back to dealer....since I dont wanna get killed by my mom....

also...my car almost reaches 10000 miles!

so I guess it is time to go back too! :)

by the way...what will happen if I keep driving....... :shifty:
