Default Help diagnose ticking in engine bay?

Hi all,

New here, and new owner of a 2004 525i sport.

Some ticking coming from the engine bay at idle, unsure of what it is... No codes stored.

Do I need a valve adjustment? Fan clutch? Belt tensioners? Sound is coming from/near the alternator?

Here is a video:

I'm also getting poor MPG at the moment. Still need to do plugs, and MAF cleaning.

Could the sound be a failing DISA valve?
