The clutch was pinned to the floor and wouldn't come back up. I had to pick the clutch up off the floor with my hand.

that usually means you have air in the line... check the rear chamber of the break fluid reservoir. if its low or empty, then you found your problem. now you have to find out if you have a break in the line or it was just low. good luck

out of curiousity.....are used cars also covered under the lemon law assuming any issues with the car within the first 3 months have to be fixed by the dealer you bought it from??? Car was bought in NJ btw

Depends on the state, NY is pretty good about that, not sure about NJ - since all I bought there was new. Here in Cali you are pretty screwed, they give you 30 days and at least 3 times to repair the same issue (which isn't hard for the dealer to make it last more than 30 days).

Good luck man, hope it all works out. Since it has been a mere month and half you should make a stink, threaten them until they fix it, with legal action, investigative reporters (every town has one of those "consumer watchdog" reporters), anything to make them fix your issue.
