My Ride: 2007 Bmw e60 530i SMG
Help Bmw e60 530i rough idle and sometimes engine dies after start
is it a vacume leak? ( No foot on gas )

Not enough info here to start guessing.
You have a check engine light which means there are codes available telling you what may be going wrong.
Autozone and such places can't help you, you need a code reader that can read BMW diagnostic codes.
Look into the Carly app and OBD adapter and you can read the codes yourself and a bunch of other cool stuff.

My Ride: 2007 Bmw e60 530i SMG
it was the MAF Sensor, i disconnect it and ran for few days with no problem, after puting back the new sensor problem seem to be sloved . thanks
