Thank you ahead of time for any responses...

Every time I make a right or left, I get a hard "boom" or loud "Click" like knuckles crackling... Feels like its coming from near wheels, but also vibrates through steering wheel.

Thoughts and cost estimates?? of course CPO warranty just ended 1 month ago

My guess is the bushings on the control arms are shot and the bolt that holds it in place is slapping around.
But it could be any of the connecting points that tie into the wheel carrier. Lift it up and shake the control arms, tie rods and stabilizer end links to see what's really going on.

I will try this. Anything dangerous about driving right now?

I wouldn't plan any long trips or any track events anytime soon lol.
It's considered a safety issue and wouldn't pass a state inspection so I would take it easy and get it resolved fairly soon.

If it's coming from the rear wheels and only happens when you're turning, it sounds like the rear diff.
