I have the sports seats in my E60, but was wondering if it is possible to replace the front headrest with that fitted to the comfort seats? These headrest have extra padding and support your head much better. Anybody done this or knows if they a physically interchangeable?

Check the DIY section, search under seats. There is a posting with all the details.
I really liked the look and I'm thinking about it.

Is there a difference between the comfort seats and the multi contour seats? I know the sport package comes with the multi-contour seats and thought that included the pillow type headrest?
I do not even see comfort seats as an option only the multi-contour
