I just picked up a 2007 525i with Regular Headlights.
What options do I have for better headlights?
Are Angel Eyes only on or for cars with Xenon already?

To upgrade you have choices.
Angel Eye upgrade, do a search on here to find out the options.
Upgrade lights to Xenon with an aftermarket kit, quite expensive.
Upgrade bulbs to high output Halogens such as Osram Silver star. - simple bulb replacement, whiter light, better light output, but not Xenons.

As long as they are pulling standard wattage there is no problem. Plug and play replacement.

Do you mean by aftermarket xenon : real xenon bulbls + its kit adaptor that produce 10000 volts for each ???

Standard wattage is 55w, allegedly, you can go a little higher (70w) but increase the risk of the i-drive warnings being triggered.
And yes to your Q on aftermarket Xenons

Is this what people are putting in, non Xenon cars? Do they add more light to just low beams?
