Fuses are ok. Is there a different pump for it? Is it not the same as the windshild washer pump?

There are 2 washer fluid pumps - one for windshield spray jets and the other for headlight washer jets. Both of the pumps are attached on the rear of the washer fluid tank right next to each other. If you are looking at one pump, you can't miss the other one.

If the windshield washer fluid is spraying on the windshield, then, very likely the pump for the headlights is dead. It's relatively cheap to buy a new pump and easy to replace as well. While buying new pump, buy new grommet/strainer.

Headlights have to be on for the washers to work, too.

This not the case for my car ('04). Headlights and windshield use the same reservoir.

I just finished replacing my windshield washer pump. Check it out in the DIY section. The pump closest to the fender is the headlamp pump. Make sure to get a new grommet for it as they cost like $4 bucks.
