Headlight Washers don't open

My Ride: 520i E60

here in italy headlight washers are only related to xenon, non to seats or other.
had the same issue, wasn't able to figure out why till I removed the headlights to change the upper gasket: I had the hose connected between the tank and the washers with a plastic "T" almost completely detached, was exactly unde rdrivers' headlight.
think is what you can see in the middle of hose n°1

water arrived there but with no pressure, and largely falling off on the bumper even if I never noticed it flowing off during car use, only on filling the tank more tha 5 liters.
correctly reattached that hose and now all works like a charm. maybe is only a stupid problem like mine
