Any chance your turn signal stock is broken and thinks you’re always pulling on it? What year and model? Xenon or halogen? Also could be broken insulation on the wires in the headlight assembly?

I'm not 100% sure but I believe I read once that this failure was caused by a broken height sensor (runs an emergency strategy now).
First check for error codes.
