Does anyone know how to keep JUST your angel eyes on ALL THE TIME, but go off when the car is off. If you could give me a detailed guide on how to do it, that would be awesome!

Sorry about the late response. I haven't been on the site in a while. I don't believe using angel eyes as daytime running lamps was an option on the 2004. It became an option with the LCI in 2008. There's some information on switching out the lighting control module and doing some coding to activate the angel eyes as DRLs on a few bimmer sites. A Google search should point you in the right direction.
