My Ride: 2005 530I, born February 05, orient blue, gray leather, premium package, sport package, poplar grain wood trim, 6-speed steptronic, xenon adaptive, red rear reflectors, bluetooth Razr V3C, staggered 19" style 128 wheel/Michelins

Can the headlight lens be replaced or do you need to replace the whole unit?

I'm pretty sure that the front plexiglass can't only be replaced.

The front lights seems the be a whole unit.

But if you are talking about the lens itself I suppose they can be replaced with new ones.

You need to contact your dealer anway in this case.

The lense cannot be replaced. The old oven method works on Honda, Toyota, and some BMW old models, but not for E60. The housing is way complicated.
