Eventhough the Thong song doesn't come with the app the song is what helped to convince me to get this hud app.

I might have to buy the "Dash Speed" iPhone app - it's just a large speedo...in orange.

edit: Bought it...looks nice. $.99 well spent.

Me too. I wonder if the special reflective coating on HUD Equipped vehicles would help.

This could make me forget about all of my wishes and dreams about the HUD (I wish I had the M5's tach, and I dream that I could have my radar detector alerts on the HUD).

BTW. The NEW HUD in the M6 looks AWESOME!

Just tried it...the numbers are doubled on the windshield, theres 2 reflections, kinda like a shadow reflection. Might be cause of my front window tint though.

Yup, I noticed the same thing when I stared right at it. I found myself looking at it with more peripheral vision while driving and didn't notice the two reflections so much. I wonder if a tiny patch of tint would solve that?

I guess the is a paid app that does the HUD as well as warns when you are coming across posted speed cameras too.

Exactly! Nice and clean and the right color. The developer clearly must drive a BMW. I haven't driven with it yet but it looked nice when reflected in my living room window
