Lately the car has been making a morse code, homing beacon beeping noise from under the dash. Have any you guys had this happen. I would take it to the Dealer but they have to have replicate it before they'll write it up.

I did rule out it wasn't a cell phone making the noise.

The hourly chime, perhaps? You can disable it in i-Drive if so. Cheers.

+1 , check the timing of the noise.. it should be hourly ..

Its not the CD you are hearing whirring, is it? It sounds kinda weird at times... Pull the CD out and see if you can hear it. If you have NAV, pull the DVD also..
