Model Year: 2005

Has anyone ever heard or, or dealt with First (or 1st) Automotive as a Exended Warranty Company? I'm just curious because I'm looking at a 545 at a non-BMW dealer, and this is what they said that they've been using the past 6 years on all of their cars. I can't seem to find anything on the net about this company.

Any help would be appreciated.
