I know this ain't the Z story Jiio, but this one was a lot more fun 
I pulled up at a red light on the way to the freeway earlier today, and a white is350 pulls up next to me. (this one's for you eric)
So I look over, I already had my windows half way down, and I see this girl smoking her cig and she wasn't bad at all. I mean I would have totally jocked her if I saw her at a club, well maybe after like 2 drinks but anyways....
I smiled at her right away and I say to her "Hey, I like your car" and she says right back to me "I like your car too" I already knew she was going to make a run so I just waited for the green light.
The light turns green and we both gun it. That damn car was right next to me the whole time (I didn't have time to turn off DSC) I finally started pulling away after about 65-70 around there, im not sure because I was looking forward. We both end up on the 405 north and she follows me onto the 605 north. Right after the transition the freeway is empty and I'm at full throttle. She follows close behind but couldn't keep up at high speed (or maybe she just didnt want to) but I finally look down and I'm going a buck thirty already.
I finally exit on Del Amo and we both waved to each other.
Anyways, I thought id share this with you guys so next time you run an is350 you know what to expect. Those cars are pretty damn quick! So about this 350Z story Jiio was talking about I just blew one away on the 101 that's all

Nice write up Hollywood 
The IS350 is pretty damn fast but it doesn't keep up very well at high speeds. I raced one the other night too on the 210. I was getting on the freeway and out of the corner of my eye I saw this car just take off and it was an IS350 so I gunned it and after we hit about 100mph the IS couldn't keep up anymore. We have to test this theory out with Eric's IS350 So when are we gonna do this guys

Indeed nice story. It happened to me also but the girl was in a c class coupe and a 230 kompressor or smth. I just couldn't say: hey i like your car! Although she was beautiful, i only smiled. Couldn't say the words...

That's for holding out about the IS350 run you had.
Hollywood, good stuff. Did you at least press the SPORT button? I'm not surprised that the IS350 was able to keep up from 0-60. It's only when the speeds approach triple digits will the 550/545 pull away. There is absolutely zero chance for the IS350 to beat the 550/545 from a roll. The V8 is a monster and will walk the IS350. If you guys want to crush the IS350 from 0-60, the differential will make the biggest difference.
EBMCS03, in his IS350, and I are planning some runs on July 29th or 30th. I'm still trying to come up with a place to do it. Most likely it will have to be some where north, northwest, or east of LA.

Everyone with a 550/545i, if you're running from a roll drop it to third gear. Watch as the headlights on the other car gets smaller and smaller.

I did have the sport button already on Jiio
