called the dealer.. i have the tire/wheel insurance.. i can see a screw in it too.. thank god because for the past few days ive been feeling a pull to my right.. not knowing cause it wasnt telling me the tire was low.. not sure why? and im thinking to myself.. (my husband must have hit a pothole!! lol.. cause it sure wasnt me)
anyways.. i called the dealer.. they said im all covered and to bring it in and theyll take care of the paperwork and put on a new tire.. just wanted to let people know.. wasnt sure how to go about this.. but it seems to be all taken care of.. figured ill go in.. play around in the M3's and dream.. while my tire gets changed...
oh BTW its Open Road BMW in N.J.

okay.. well an update.. i dropped the car off next day at 10 am.. they told me they had the tire in stock.. shoudl be about an hour.. i waited an hour.. then they told me its not going to be at the dealer till 3pm.. so theyd give me a loaner..(x3) till its ready.. which shoudnt take long once it got there.. i was yelling at them cause i was going out friday night.. and didnt want to drive around in that X3!
anyways.. they got it back around 530ish.. and when i look at the tire.. i notice that they scratched up the rim.. musta been with that machine that removes the tire? looked like 2 prongs.. so i yelled at them again.. (in a polite way of course cause im such a lady) the manager came over.. said hes sorry.. said hell order another one right away and should have it by wednsday and then ill come back and get it put on.. so i said okay.. what am i gonna do.. just want it fixed.. juust saying though.. how stupid are the guys that changed the rim?? i mean arent they careful.. dont they know how much they cost.. i coulda went to a lil shop by me and had the friggen tire patched for 10 bucks$ but i DIDNT.. i also feel a slow light bump when i drive at slower speeds.. im guessing its the wheel.. ill update again when i bring it back.. they were all very nice to me.. but just a little annoyed about the rim thing.. ya know? we will see.. Mel , keep the story about the Hubby causing it ...............the pressure will result in a freebie or future bonus points, bling etc...............that's what we would do

Glad you got things resolved so quickly, I wish i had tire/wheel insurance, when I picked up the car in december I was informed california was not allowing car dealerships/manufacturers to offer the tire/wheel insurance... :thumbsdown:
