My Ride: 535d M Sport, with DMS upgrade, 19 inch wheels
I would like to fit H & R wheel spacers to my 535d m sport. Has anybody out there fitted them, if so what size for front and back.

Hi, it is depending which size of wheel / rim?s are you using. I have 40mm H & R spacer on each axis in front and back, with starspoke 123 and 245 tires, it fits perfectly...
