whats a saturn red line? like BMW M? Merc AMG? Audi s or RS?

AHAHAHAHAH I doubt it. Saturn LOL
Believe it or not, that is pretty much correct. Saturn Red Line cars are high performance versions of their normal cars. I think the Ion Red Line has over 200hp. They even have a Saturn Vue Red Line (SUV), with about 250hp and sporty aerodynamic trimming.

hilarious story. But whats up with all these ultimas trying to race us lately?
Probably the same reason as that Saturn Ion Red Line. Nissan has pumped some adrenaline into their Altimas..ie.. the Altima SE-R. I think 260+ horses. Good power for a car like that but of course, nowhere near the performance level of the E60.

Face it, I think a large percentage of the population has no clue of the potential of the E60. I'm sure most people think that the E60 is a sluggish luxury cruiser. Just my thought on the matter.

The majority of people drive it in that manner. Not saying that's a bad thing though.

Good point. Even with all my performance parts, that's probably how I drive over 90% of the time.

Love egging on sports cars / sports sedans in the wife?s minivan?I mean who in their right mind driving a performance car would let someone in a minivan get under their skin? Answer: a lot of people here in socal?I never race but if we are both stopped at the line it usually only takes me rolling forward a couple feet?to get someone to bolt from the line?it?s Hilarious / Lots of fragile egos out there!

Swajames-
From your description of events?doesn?t sound like you are one of those types?so don?t think I?m talking about you specifically with my comments; I?m not / Your post just brought something to mind that I thought I would share
I do this sometimes whenever we travel to New Jersey -- overtake "slow" performance cars in my Honda Odyssey and then watch them speed up to put me in my place! Loads of fun.

When I first saw a Saturn Sky I thought it was a Carrera GT from behind... but it's missing about 430 HP. Still, not a bad looking car.
