Grinding noise only when I almost turn lock on right

My Ride: Bmw e60 530i _-_ professional navigation- mystic blue exterior- beige interior-logic7-18 inch rims-active steering-bluetooth-adaptive xenon lights-sunroof-sport steering wheel-comfort seats-tv-pdc
I get the noise sometimes, its really annoying and loud.
When the car is not driving and its on Park I turn lock left and right I don't get the noise.
I also checked the PS fluid it was almost full, but I'm not sure if that was the PS fluid it had written on it CHFS only.
