Just want to get some inputs.
Which one you like and why? I'm leaning toward Gray but not sure if it's easy to keep clean. Black shows more dust and so hot in summer.

Gray just looks so...cold & sterile & devoid of personality somehow. I like black. I like beige, too, but would not consider it because it shows dirt too easily. I like some of the brown leathers, but the auburn leather in the e60 is too orange-y for my taste.

My Ride: 05 545/6
I have a black interior in South Florida and it never gets hot. The key is the exterior color. If you go with a light exterior color like silver or white it won't get hot. I am willing to bet money that a silver car with black interior will stay much cooler than a black car with a beige or gray interior.
