got smoked by an Audi S4

My Ride: 2007 525xi
So a bunch of you prob know i got an 07 525xi a few months ago and i ve been trying to mod it gradually, well enough of the gradually i'm going all out after today's incedent. So i got off work today, got on the high way and saw a white fully moded S4. I pulled up next to him without any intention of racing but he gave me that look and you could just tell it was on, next thing i know he is off i was trying so hard to keep up with him but it wasnt pretty. At the end as we was about to exit the highway, he pulled over just so i could pull next to him and gave me the peace sign...I was like damn what da heck is on there, he goes alot of Audi goodness. i just know i'm fixing this never getting smoked again.

Dude, a V6 Accord can smoke a 525xi in a straight line. Did you really think that your car could run with a S4? Or were you curious to see how much faster the S4 was than your ride?

Hate to tell you bro, but it doesn't look good for you:
You - 525 07 = 215 HP
Audi S4 = 340HP V-8
Short of a Supercharger there's not a lot you can do to avoid being smoked by that car, it's an M3 competitor - and there's no way in hell you can mod your car to beat an M3. Just be happy with what you have and don't worry about racing people.
That, or sell the 525 and go get an M5

Reality check: Your 525 is NEVER going to beat a S4!
It's got at least 125hp on you depending on if you were racing a newer v8, or could be more than 200hp if you were racing a modded V6 TT. Don't feel bad..a M5 ,let alone a 535/545/550, would have a challenging time keeping up with a fully modded s4..those things are beasts in the right hands.

man i didnt think it was gonna be that bad i knew it would skool me but not that bad, seriously it was so embarassing i wish the ground would open so i could fall in with my 5er...the funny part too is i was on the gas all the way down and i bet he was prob just tapping his gas slightly

LOL he was probably toying with you if you kept up at all, those cars are fast. The 525 was never meant to be fast, just comfy. I have a 530 slightly more HP than you, but I have no illusions of it being a racer - it's an I6, when I want something with more "beast factor" (and I do) I'll plan to get my M5 (which I am)
