Got new CIP update but not sure if it is the latest

My Ride: 2006 BMW M5
I am not so sure about the update... the dealer says it is the latest version:
In the paperwork it says:
Integration Level (plant): E060-04-03-505
Integration Level (old): E060-07-09-521
Integration Level (new): E060-09-03-510
I thought 521 is higher than 510? or are they right?

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
What happened to the old Progman CIP 28.01 etc versions?

yes but 09-03-510 is higher than 07-09-521. you can't just go by the last three digits.
