My Ride: 2007 custom Range Rover, 2005 745li, FULL custom 1950 mercury, chopped and flame throwers, 1930 model A rat rod, nasty little bastard!!

Ok, so i just returned from the dealer......, DOES NOT ned injectors, but does need hpfp, which will be replaced today and i can get the car tomorrow.. good news...
BAD new = i asked him if this was going to be a reoccuring problem , he said... well bud, im prob gonna be seeing you again. AWESOME!!
i said anything i can do teo resolve this problem,, he said DRIVE the car the way its designed to be driven, he said drive it harder than you normally would to blow out the injectors,,,,,and make sure i run premium gas...
so thats the verdict.....
any opinions?

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

As to what he said, it is possible. I don't know what is killing the HPFP but I doubt clogged injectors are the root cause.
FYI, I do have skin in the game, since I've got a new Z4 35i, in addition to a 550i. Some folks on e89.zpost.com are reporting HPFP problems on brand new cars. I'm crossing my fingers on mine.
