Just wanted to say thank you and goodbye to everyone here who helped me out in the past with their great informative posts (this forum is great).
I finally worked out a deal with my dealer and they finally decided to take my E60 back. I must admit that I feel releaved knowing that my horror story (called E60) will finally come to an end. If everything goes well (paperwork) I will be driving a 3 series coupe by this time tomorrow evening!
Let's all hope that one day E60's will be called real BM double-U 's in stead of BM troubles-U's! Until that day I will be only visiting from time to time and check how they are doing.
Take care!!!
PS. Anyone knows some good 3 Series forums such as this one?

I used to have a 330Cic before my E60 and I still regret it that I traded it in for the E60, right now I am getting a 320Cd (Diesel) coupe as a temporary solution (really cheap) until I am convinced that the new generation BMW are working properly.

The roadfly 3-series and M3 board is actually great. Very supportive people over there.
