Mileage: 44k Miles
Sports Package with Paddle Shifters
Comfort Access

Xenon
Still has manufacture warranty and maintenance plan till 4/2012 or 50k miles and has CPO till 4/2014 or 100k miles. The warranty is what sold me but wanted to ask the pros on the board if it's a decent buy.
Thanks
Seems to be a great price for a 550 with many desirable options. This one at another dealer is more expensive w/o as many options http://www.bmwofturnersville.com/det...d-7551539.html

I bought my 2008 550I with pretty much the same options with 40,400 miles and paid 37k. I shopped the entire country and could not find a 550I for that price unless it had a salvage title. I would jump all over that car at that price if everything checks out but it sounds fishy.

Did you pick up that 550i. I have found a similar deal. Just need to work in the cop but not sure if I want this over the 535i. The 550 looks much better but is it worth the extra fuel costs.

I don't think there is much difference between 550 vs. 535 when it comes to mpg but then again I could be wrong. I personally think it all depends on how you drive the car.

The carfax and autocheck cleared with no issues. I also confirmed that it's not a salvage title. I had some at bmw confirm the options and warranty since I was buying this from a non bmw dealer. I was disappointed that it didn't have comfort access and logic7 but I guess I can't be too picky when buying used since it does have everything else I'm looking for.

Does it come CPO'ed? If so, that is a great deal. Wouldn't think it would since it is being sold by a non BMW dealer. What colors combo?

It's platinum gray with black leather. It's CPO'd till 4/2014 or 100k miles. It was sold to the previous owner as a CPO so from what I understand it stays with the car.

OK, no logic 7, no HUD, no comfort access - all very desirable options that would cut this car out of some serious buyers potential. But still not $5 or $6k of a price cut, I could see $2 or $3k maybe.

Having the same car in my garage right now, and debating the whole selling it thing myself, I have a pretty good idea of what this particular car is worth - and its a lot more than $31.5k unless someone just wants to unload it - but this one is sitting at a dealers lot, right? Who knows, maybe they picked it up at auction for cheap and don't know what they have - but then again that's pretty unlikely, right? I mean were talking about a non-BMW lot. They are in it to make as much money as they can, and usually more than we'll ever know.

So I'm left wondering why this is priced so aggressively. Could be a car deal of a lifetime, and like others have said its got a few months of factory warranty and is CPO'd - hell, GO FOR IT!
