This update will only bring MP3 to cars without nav, according to BMW Munich...

You get the prof radio for the mp3 and its standard with nav but my dads car is geting 2 years in september. Oh we haves mutch fun of the prof radio the 2 years pass.
I don't like that you get2 years later the function that you have to get from the first day

Our dealers curently have 16.0, and confirm it hasd the same old software version for the E60.

they replaced the center console <open> button that was peeling, they fixed a raddle, and they ddi something w/ the idrive ... supposedly reprogrammed it again ... its SLOWER again, it hung yesterday right after bootup .... ALOT of times i cannot change the volume since they had it ... the menu response is SLOWER again.
tomorrow morning i'm droppingt eh car off & requesting a 5 series loaner from the sales manager. there was a guy in a few weeks back that had an issue with his runflats .. needed new ones but the dealership had NONE!, and none fo the local tire stores had any ... even the regional warehouse had none. they told him it would be ~1-1.5 weeks till they had them ... he went to the sales manager & got a 5 series off the show room floor.
I AM SOO sick of this shit! i actually talked with the sales manager already, as well as the GM ... & they might help me in getting through either lemonlaw, or the dealer exchange program...... if BMW continues to refuse to replace my CCC (computer). the service department has been trying to get me a replacement unit .... but BMW of NA has repeatedly denied the request. i have 1 or 2 PUMA cases open i believe.
thats my rant for the day ... this is starting to get rather annoying ... especially for a (damn near) $60K car.
