Getting 16.2 installed on Friday

All,
I apologize for the hype. It was all based on bad info.
After driving a 180 mile round trip, I was lied to by (And I will put them out there) Mike at Gephardt BMW in Boulder Colorado. A service rep and manager told me they had 16.2. I confirmed twice! Made an appointment and drove out Thursday morning, 90 miles one way. I was checked in and told they only had 15.2!
I had the ASS. I maintained and demanded some answers. After complaining for a few minutes, they got a BMW NA rep on the phone and told us that 16 Beta is only out in some dealers on the east coast for test purposes. 16.2 should will be out in April. He said 16.1 DOES NOT contain the Birdsview. 16.2 Does. 16.1 has ALL the other upgrades.
I was so F*@@$@!& pissed driving 90 miles back home. I wrote letter to the manager on the dealership, will see what happens.

Prestige BMW in NJ only has version 15.2 ...Doesn't know when exactly they will have 16.x ...Service rep said MP3 capability for now will only work on cars with NAV, while I've heard that it will only work on cars w/out NAV for now...

In March/April cars with nav buiss will get mp3.
Cars with nav prof have to wait till September.
Everything else is wrong!
Sorry for ya Ruf930. 16.2 will come to the dealers here in Germany
late march! CIP 17 in the mid of april.

Just spoke to Joe S. over at Difeo BMW in Tenafly(where I got my 545 from). Said they will have the 16.x updates beginning of April...Have to leave car overnight for the update, so schedule a loaner car at least 2 weeks ahead of time...

What's the difference between Nav Business and Nav Professional. (I'm a newbie) How do you tell which you have?
