In my case, throttle delay is still there after 1600 miles driving mix city and highway. It's got to be CIP 13.2 which was blamed for throttle delay problem in some other threads.

When you get a software update, the drivers settings are deleted. The car needs to adopt your driving style again. Shiftpoints etc... they are all gone. So, for a week or so, your mpg can increase, but then goes back to normal. Happened on mine too.

Figures the calibration is off because it doesn't seem to be burning fuel any faster and it doesn't really make sense that to get lower emissions, they made the car burn more fuel. I might try to play around with the calibration but what to calibrate to???

Got mine back the other week to check tire noise a stalling and after a 2 weeks or driving the ave consumption dropped from 19.5mpg (been same for 5000miles) to 16.5mpg !!
Will need to do an "actual" measurement next time I fill up.
FYI, was in yesterday and BMW auth tires to be replaced.. YESSS, FINALLY

The same thing happened to me, BUT, it finally made mine correct. For months, my computer was telling me I was getting 25 mpg, but I was really only getting 19. Since getting switched to version 15, the computer is very accurate and is reading about 19 mpg. For me, there was a new feature in version 15 that pertained to the mileage. In the idrive settings, I now have the choice between 2 different types of miles (I don't recall exactly, but I think it was British and American miles). Since switching over to American miles, my computer has read correctly. Hope this helps.

British and American miles? Theres no difference. You can set up for km or miles and maybe Imperial (4.54L) or US (3.78L) gallons. Maybe Swedish cars have Swedish miles (10 km)???

I just filled mine up today and calculated it manually right after for the first time in years.
In Germany we have L/Km, and the difference between the computer and my calculation was only .2 L/Km. So I guess mine is working pretty good, huh? Amazing. Now I know I have to change my drivign style...
