Has anyone else noticed that their apparent fuel consumption as displayed on the trip computer has increased (i.e gas mileage decreased) since software upgraded to V15? Or possibly since emission recall as that was why I had S/W updated.
My fuel consumption seems to have gone up by ~25% (from ~13.3 L/100 km to 16.6 L/100km). I don't know if it's real or not as I haven't done a manual calculation. It's just city driving that I am comparing over a couple of weeks but it seems higher - though I don't seem to have to fill it any more often.

DXXXi, there is a fuel consumption calibration factor that can be set via the cluster hidden menus that need to be unlocked using the last few digits of your VIN.
This is usualy set at 1000. Altering this figure up or down will affect what is displayed on your cosumption meter and will also affect range.
It may be possible that V15 changed this factor. It's highly unlikely that your consumption would actually go up so much.

Using the calibration factor you can get the car to show 50mpg if you like, it's the actual calculated when you fill up that's more important.

Hi Edlee,
See the post I started below a while ago.
It's menu option 20 that you will need. Each sub menu oe. 20.1, 20.2 etc. changes either the 1's, 10's etc. of the initial 1000 value.
Good luck
