I have a question, if anyone else is experienced with wear inner front tires, more than rest of the tire. I did already two times alignment at BMW Sterling VA , first is soon as I got a car back in Aug, then car was for service at BMW and they said my left steering arm has excessive play, so they did replaced and did alignment again.
All suspension is stock.
All suspension is stock.

my fronts last roughly 30k miles. it depends on tires, inflation pressures, etc. it appears you're not running stock wheels based on your avatar pic, how wide are those bad boys up front?

Check your control ARM bushings. I had mine replaced after a similar condition on my 550 with 18 sport package. My BMW mechanic told me to replace about every 40k on these to keep the tires from wearing unevenly.

So it's nothing to do with the negative camber, as BMW is saying that for sport pckg suspension.
I replaced left strut torque one (the front one), because it leaked some fluid from there. It did happened during rear tires replaced, some tire shop called me (I was in waiting room), and said something leaking, but they don't know what, so I looked myself, at first I thought it's sway bar torque thing, then looked again and it was pissing from the bushing.

My last set of tires wore terribly in the rear on the inside edges due to the negative camber. I have a 545i with Sport Suspension. No noticeable uneven wear in the front. The tech said this was normal in the rear due to negative camber. You may have something very worn in the front contributing to this wear...

I have the same issue. My style 172 (19") rims are just "eating" front tires. The problem is the noise which is very noticeable after some tire wear (10k miles?. Stock 124 seems to be milder on the tires...

So this is my front tires looked like. Noticed first pic (the end with 3928) is worn more when I bought a car so that is reason I did alignment that time. But then BMW said my steering arm is bad, this happened about just over the month ago.
