Thumbs up

I see front markers light up on some cars but not on all of them, my also don't light up. How do I turn them on? Is there something I have to turn on manually seperate from my lights? I tried turning on parking lights, driving lights, automatic lights and I can't get front markers to light up, please help

By front markers, do you mean the eyebrows? If you mean those, they should come on either with your headlights and with your parking lights. If they don't come on, I believe there is a software upgrade for that and you should talk to your dealer about an upgrade.

+1, correct with a software upgrade needed for the eyebrows, depending on e60 year.

To the OP, please post some info about your e60 as it helps to answer q's (year, model, options, etc...).

sorry about that,
it's 9/05 production 530iA w/ 34k miles
I can't believe dealer didn't do an upgrade before they sold it. I thought with CPO they would at least make sure everything functions in the car

I'm going to dealer on Wednesday. Anyone know how long it takes to do this upgrade? My local dealer doesn't give out bmw loaner cars if car wasn't purchased there and I don't want to end up with Dodge caravan like I did last time so I would rather wait if it doesn't take too long.

a upgrade software should only take a day, but some dealer have many cars to fix so it all depends on how many car are at the dealer on that day.
