Front Chin Spoiler Installation Help?
 

A few weeks ago I noticed some rubber piece hanging off the lower front bumper and yanked it off. Some time later I checked online what it was and orrdered the following part:

Now I was about to install it, but could not figure out how it fits. Are there scews needed to keep it in place, or is it crimped on over its length? Should have paid more attention when I took off the broken one.
