front bumper peeling

well, about three months ago the clear started to peel on my back bumper. The BMW factory rep said they would cover even tho my car is out of warranty. Now my front bumper is doing the same thing 
. The rep will again cover the issue. I am very happy with the level of service from not only the factory rep but also the dealership coming through with a loaner.

well count your self lucky dude....
here in the UK, it was a no no for me when the same thing happened_well not quite the same in my case the front bumper started to peel and i was told by the stealer that it was not covered by their body work "guarantee" and i'm out of warranty period.

I'm working on a DIY for paint. I'd only trust myself painting. I wish I had enough volume to rent out a couple of bays and put a booth in one and a bodyshop in the other.

as a follow up...just left the dealership after dropping off the car and they put me into a 09 528i. I did not expect the 5, usually i get a 3 so I am very happy with this visit so far.

ask the service rep when the bmw factory rep will be at the dealership. my dealership said no to the repair, but when i pushed a little they told me maybe the factory could help. If nothing works call bmw directly and see if they will help.
