Depending on your deductable. Get the mtech bumper if you have to replace. Get your own estimate before you contact the insurance company, see what it would cost to repair from a major shop and from a reputable independent. Also, see if it can be repaired rather than replaced.

I replaced mine in November. 1700 was the total cost from the body shop. New OEM Msport bumper cover, paint and install. I made a claim and paid 500.
Looking at your photo, its really up to you, since its mainly cosmetic. Mine was almost hanging off and dragging. But I dont think that can be fixed with normal body work. Maybe a body shop might be able to plastic weld that back, resurface and repaint but at that rate your already past a new cover cost and likely over the deductible.
Hope that helps. Good luck

its not all that bad. if it was me, ill heat it up a little with a heat gun, try push out the dent (thats guessing that its slightly dented) just be careful not to burn the paint. if you were going to spend some money on getting it fixed, i would do as the other say and do a facelift on it with a mtech/mstyle.
if you still want to keep the same bumper, i see people selling stock oem bumpers in good condition for real cheap all the time, check craigslist, probably be cheaper than having that one get fixed or replaced, and all you have to worry about it paint.
