My bushings are shot and need replacing. Should i replace with OEM or use other brands that are less expensive? Is there a difference in performance?

OEM is a little expensive.. LEMFORDER is just as good as OEM but will save you a couple bucs. Some people us MEHLE also.

If there were an option for non-fluid type at the expense of a slightly stiffer ride, I'd be open to that. Back in the E34 days, you could put bushes off a 750 if you wanted them slightly stiffer than stock, or M5 if you were a little full-goose-bozo. I liked the way the M5 rode.

Meyle is a good brand, as is Febi.
