You probably had a hatching and they are everywhere is your vehicle. Once they hatch it's going to be really tough to get rid of them,too.

I have a deceased spider in the hight brake light in the back window. How they get where they get is beyond me. But they don't tend to leave a trail of bread crumbs 'cause they sure don't often find their way out.
