What's the difference between comfort and active seats. I didn't know there were active seats.

Active seats are seats with massage function.
Then there are active side bolsters.

Two different things.

But both switches, and the seat heater, work the same way.
If you turn off the engine and start it up again in the following 15 minutes, the function is still on.
If you turn the engine off for more than 15 minutes you have top activate the function again.

I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

how can you find out if you have active seats is there a button you press or does it set in your idrive... i know i have active side bolsters but would hate it if i had the active seats and i dont even know it...
