its pretty easy but you do have to unscrew the top of the bumper, take the headlight out and stick your hand down in a very narrow area to get to the bulb. the diy's are great though

thats what she said...
if he does it from the top maybe he can learn more about the car and upgrade some other bulbs in the meantime.. I learned a lot doing the "remove" the headlight way, but i guess i was forced to as i added ballasts for hid and other stuff

here is how to replace the fog light. this is an instruction for the non-m bumper but it's similar. only difference is with the m bumper you will have to get your hand around the winshield water tank that is located near the m bumper.
