Fleeting Flickering of 4X4 AWD light?
I was driving up 285 west of Denver just now, going about 60 into a fairly sharp corner (for a 60), and noticed the 4X4/AWD light flicker for a fraction of a second. Hot dry pavement. Didn't notice anything unusual aside from the flickering light. May be the only time it's happened, but could have very easily missed any other times. Just a fraction of a second for the entire event. Brand new battery just this weekend, so it's not likely low voltage unless my alternator is failing (94K miles). Any idea what that might mean/what might have caused it? I just got the car, and haven't serviced the transfer case yet, so I'm assuming original fluid fill. Searching turns up various likely inapplicable information.

Happened again on the same section of road, if not the same curve. I was able to get a better look, and I was wrong. It's the DTC light. I dug in a bit, and it seems it's reacting to rough pavement + sharp corners + speed. Still, quite an active system... I've never seen traction control of any sort come on on that road without severe weather.
